General Terms and conditions

To confirm your reservation we need at least 50% from the total travel cost. After receiving the payment we will confirm all the entrances tickets. Then you will receive from us a booking confirmation invoice. The remaining amount must be delivered at least 30 days before the beginning of the tour/trek through one of our accepted payment methods.
If you want book a tour/trek within 30 days from its beginning, then you have to pay the total tour/trek price, which means 100% of the amount.
Without a confirmed payment there is not any legal claim or right on your part to benefit or access from the agreed travel service.

In our tour/trek PDFs appear in the description all the services you will get on your tour/trek.
Once you get our booking confirmation we compromise ourselves to offer you all what in your program appears. It could be that for unexpected reasons (strikes, weather, etc.) we will be forced to change your plan.

In all travel arrangements COCA TOURS acts on behalf of its customers. But in certain circumstances like transportation, hotel accommodation or other tourist services booked in which we have not direct responsibility; like: loss, delays or interference with the tour due to a strike, weather issues, higher violence or other occurrences which are not within our liability, especially in programs and departures times; we cannot take any further responsibility. In this case we will gladly help you to organize a solution accorded to the situation in order to keep your trip plan intact as possible.
If the customer experiences a defect on his booked trip, he must notify COCA TOURS immediately. If the customer does not wish to take up the agreed alternative/solution with the agency, unfortunately, he has no right to any further compensation.

Not used services: (No show)
If you are not able to take some services (tours/treks) as a result of early return, illness or other reasons, COCATOURS will endeavor to reimburse the expenses saved, if possible. This effort is not required if the services are insignificant or if a refund is contrary to legal or official regulations.
* Not used tickets for Inca ruins, train tickets, bus tickets, hotels, transfers cannot be refunded.

In case of cancellation of the trip, the following fees will be charged to cover non-refundable services:

  • Up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of travel costs
  • Up to 6 weeks before departure: 40% of travel costs
  • Up to 4 weeks before departure: 60% of travel costs

Less than 4 weeks before departure: 100% of travel costs


Trains and flights schedules can be changed or canceled depending on the regulations/availability of the train/flight company. (Cost depends on the train/flight company)

*Hotels cancellations/changes:
If you have booked a hotel/hostel with us and you want to change your hotel reservation, you must contact us at least 45 days before the tour begins (in the case of groups), and 30 days before the tour begins in the case of individual reservations. Otherwise extra charges will be charged and we cannot guarantee availability or confirm if the requested change will be possible.
